In just a few short weeks, the AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting will be here and Program Chair Bryan Ray has worked hard to plan the ARRA Technical Session.
ARRA’s Technical Session will be the first session this year on Wednesday, March 5th from 2-5pm. Kicking off the session will be Dr. John Harvey, University of California, Davis discussing the factors affecting the environmental LCA of cold recycling and its alternatives. Dr. Ben Bowers, Auburn University, will be share information on the construction and initial performance of the 9th NCAT test Track Cycle. Attendees will then hear from Leonard Mahserelli and Christina Pang, CALTRANs on their cold recycling pavement program.
Additionally, ARRA has various committee meetings planned throughout. The Membership Committee is scheduled from Tuesday, March 4 from 4:30-5:30pm PT. Wednesday, the Cold Planing and HIR Committees will meet during breakfast from 7-8am. Thursday, March 6, the FDR Committee Meeting will be held from 10:30-11:30am. The ARRA Annual Business Meeting will follow from 12-1pm. ARRA encourages all to attend to learn what is happening in the various committees and learn about the new strategic plan. Lastly, the CIR Committee will meet from 2:30-3:30pm.
