Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA) Names 2024-2025 Board of Directors

GLEN ELLYN, IL, March 18, 2024 – During the 49th Annual Meeting of the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA), February 19-23, 2024, in Palm Harbor, FL ARRA elected its officers and Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term.

Jason Wielinski, Asphalt Institute, was reelected as President of ARRA. Wielinski is a Regional Engineer with the Asphalt Institute.  ARRA also reelected officers that include Vice President Bryan Ray, Alpha Milling Company and Secretary/Treasurer Mark Stahl, Wirtgen Group. Jonathan Pease, RockSolid Reclamation & Stabilization, will continue to serve as Past President.

Directors installed for 2024-2025 include Chris Gallagher, Gallagher Asphalt Corporation; Nick Ware, SurfaceCycle; Eric Baker, Astec Industries; John Morgan, Ingevity and new directors Michael Concannon, Pavement Recycling Systems and Mark Eiden, Caterpillar Paving Products. Steve Cross, PE, will continue as ARRA’s technical director through April 2024.  After seven years, David Peterson, Caterpillar Paving Products, retired from the Board. Additionally, Marco Estrada, Pavement Recycling Systems, who served for three years and Dan Schellhammer, SurfaceCycle, who served for one year, retired from the Board.

ABOUT THE ASPHALT RECYCLING & RECLAIMING ASSOCIATION (ARRA):

Incorporated in September 1976, ARRA’s primary function has been to promote the recycling of existing roadway materials through various construction methodologies, to preserve limited natural resources and reduce costs. This ongoing effort continues through education, strategic alliances and partnering at both the industry and agency level.
