ARRA Program Chair, Bryan Ray, has been working hard to plan the ARRA Technical Session at the upcoming AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting.

The ARRA Technical Session will be held on Thursday, February 22nd from 10am-1pm Eastern. Attendees first will hear from Mike Hemsley, Paragon Technical Services, and Bill Evans, Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions Inc, on full depth reclamation using fly ash. Then, Michael Concannon, Pavement Recycling Systems, will partner with Alex Machupa and Nassim Sabahfar both of the Western Federal Lands Division and present on a project they did in Yellowstone National Park. Next, Matt Teto with indus will give attendees insight on paver-placed asphalt recycling. Lastly, Blair Heptig, Kansas DOT, will share information on their hot in-place projects.

ARRA also have various committee meetings throughout the week. ARRA’s Marketing Committee will meet on Tuesday, February 20 from 5-6pm. On the morning of Wednesday, February 21 from 7am-8am, both the Membership Committee and Cold Recycling Committee will meet. The Full Depth Reclamation/Soil Stabilization Committee will meet Wednesday afternoon from 4:30-5:30pm. The Cold Planing and Hot In-Place Committees will meet on Thursday afternoon from 3:30-4:30pm.

ARRA also encourages all members to attend the ARRA Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday from 3:00-4:00pm.
