Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA) Names 2020-2021 Board of Directors

GLEN ELLYN, IL, March 4, 2020 – During the 44th Annual Meeting of the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association held February 17-21, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas, ARRA elected its officers and Board of Directors for the 2020-2021 term.

Eric Baker, Roadtec Inc., was re-elected as President of ARRA.  Baker is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Roadtec Inc.  Others re-elected for a second term include Vice President Jonathan Pease, Rock Solid Stabilization & Reclamation, Secretary/Treasurer Kimbel Stokes, The Miller Group, Inc. Continuing as Past President is Darren Coughlin, Coughlin Company.

Directors installed for 2020-2021 include Trevor Moore, Miller Paving Limited; David Peterson, Caterpillar Paving Products, Inc.; Bryan Ray, Allstates Pavement; Mark Stahl, Wirtgen America; Jason Wielinski, Heritage Research Group/Asphalt Materials, Inc.;  and new directors Marco Estrada, Pavement Recycling Systems; and Chris Gallagher, Gallagher Asphalt Corporation. Steve Cross, PE, will continue as ARRA’s technical director.  After six years of service, Ron Wilson, Dustrol, Inc. retired from the board.

ABOUT THE ASPHALT RECYCLING & RECLAIMING ASSOCIATION (ARRA):

Incorporated in September 1976, ARRA’s primary function has been to promote the recycling of existing roadway materials through various construction methodologies, to preserve limited natural resources and reduce costs. This ongoing effort continues through education, strategic alliances and partnering at both the industry and agency level.
