Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA) Names 2021-2022 Board of Directors

GLEN ELLYN, IL, February 23, 2021 – During the 45th Annual Meeting of the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association (ARRA), held virtually February 15-18, 2021, ARRA elected its officers and Board of Directors for the 2021-2022 term.

Jonathan Pease, Rock Solid Stabilization & Reclamation Inc. was elected as President of ARRA.  Pease is the CEO/Founder of Rock Solid Stabilization & Reclamation Inc.  ARRA also elected new officers that include Vice President Kimbel Stokes, The Miller Group, Inc, and Secretary/Treasurer Jason Wielinski, Asphalt Materials Inc/Heritage Research Group. Eric Baker, Astec Industries Inc will serve as Past President.

Directors installed for 2021-2022 include Trevor Moore, Miller Paving Limited; David Peterson, Caterpillar Paving Products, Inc.; Bryan Ray, Allstates Pavement Recycling & Stabilization; Mark Stahl, Wirtgen America; Marco Estrada, Pavement Recycling Systems; Chris Gallagher, Gallagher Asphalt Corporation; and new director Nick Ware, Alpha Milling Company. Steve Cross, PE, will continue as ARRA’s technical director.  

ABOUT THE ASPHALT RECYCLING & RECLAIMING ASSOCIATION (ARRA):

Incorporated in September 1976, ARRA’s primary function has been to promote the recycling of existing roadway materials through various construction methodologies, to preserve limited natural resources and reduce costs. This ongoing effort continues through education, strategic alliances and partnering at both the industry and agency level.
