GLEN ELLYN, IL, February 23, 2021 – During the 45th Annual Meeting of the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association, held virtually February 15-18, 2021, the recipients of the ARRA/Roads&Bridges Recycling Awards were recognized.
Three awardees were named as ARRA/Roads&Bridges Recycling Awards winners this year, and two honorees were present to be recognized during this year's Annual Meeting.
