ARRA Announces New Committee Policy

In their October Board Meeting, the ARRA Board of Directors voted to implement a number of changes to the functionality of the ARRA CORE Committees. These committees include: Moving forward, each ARRA committee will consist of a Chair, Vice Chair, and voting representatives from ARRA member companies with a minimum of three (3) and maximum of eleven (11) voting committee members. Each committee member will serve on the committee for three (3) year terms. At the end of each term, the member’s participation and attendance at committee meetings will be evaluated. If the Chair and Vice Chair feel there has not been enough involvement, the member will be asked to step down to make room for other interested members. Any ARRA member may still attend and participate in committee meetings. When votes are required, only committee members will be allowed to vote. As the 2021 AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting will be held virtually, all committee meetings will also be held virtually in the weeks following the Virtual Annual Meeting.
