ARRA and Roads&Bridges Magazine Recognize 2020 Recycling

During the 44th Annual Meeting of the Asphalt Recycling & Reclaiming Association held February 17-21, 2020, in San Antonio, TX the recipients of the ARRA/Roads&Bridges Recycling Awards were recognized.
Three awardees were named as ARRA/ Roads&Bridges Recycling Awards winners this year, and two honorees were present to be recognized during this year's Annual Meeting.
