Meeting Cancellations

Notification must be received by the ARRA offices if you have registered for the meeting and subsequently find you will be unable to attend. If registration cancellation is necessary, ARRA will refund registration fees in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellation received by September 4, 2023 will receive a full refund less a $15.00 administrative fee.

Cancellation received between September 11 and September 22, 2023, will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received September 23, 2023 or later will receive NO refund.

Substitutions may be made by September 19, 2023,by contacting the ARRA offices at 630.942.6578.
