Join us for this reception, featuring tastings of a variety of these wines as well as some light appetizers, before heading out for an evening in picturesque Monterey.

Keynote Speaker:
Sue Dyer, President, OrgMetrics, LLC

With a background facilitating the partnering between contractors, design/engineering firms, and the large joint venture projects at San Francisco International Airport, Sue Dyer will keynote the meeting speaking to collaboration and trust leadership.

Dyer founded OrgMetrics, LLC in 1986 as a partnering facilitation firm dedicated to helping construction organizations and project teams develop collaborative cultures. Sue has become the thought leader on collaboration in construction. In the early 1980s, Sue was the Executive Director of what is today the United Contractors Association. In that role, she was the first woman in the U.S. to head up a major collective bargaining unit for the construction industry and negotiated with all of the construction crafts. She developed her non-adversarial approach while at United Contractors and took it out into the industry to confirm that it also worked for other organizations and projects. Sue has worked for almost 30 years to perfect the model for Collaborative Partnering. In 2009, Sue founded the International Partnering Institute; the industry’s only non-profit focused on researching and sharing best practices for Collaborative Partnering.
